摘 要:为筛选适宜呼和浩特地区种植的优质高蛋白饲草品种,对22个饲草品种的营养成分、氨基酸和相对饲喂价值进行对比。试验结果表明:不同饲草品种之间养分与氨基酸含量存在显著差异。试验饲草品种的干物质、粗蛋白、灰分、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和非蛋白氮含量变化范围分别为91.20%~97.44%、13.40%~27.44%、6.40%~20.60%、40.28%~54.79%、33.15%~47.77%、0.37%~8.54%,总氨基酸含量变化范围为3.30%~17.98%,相对饲喂价值集中于97.39~141.27之间。筛选饲草中,粗蛋白较高的为田菁(27.44%)、龙牧806(26.09%)和东2号野豌豆(25.56%);东2号野豌豆、萹蓿豆、柠条、山野豌豆、箭苦豌豆等饲草品种综合评价数值较高。In order to select suitable high-quality high-protein forage crop varieties for cultivation in the Hohhot region,a comparative analysis of the nutritional composition,amino acids,and relative feeding value was conducted on 22 forage crop varieties.The experimental results revealed significant differences in nutrient and amino acid content among different forage crop varieties.The ranges of dry matter,crude protein,ash content,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,and non-protein nitrogen content for the tested forage crop varieties were 91.20%~97.44%,13.40%~27.44%,6.40%~20.60%,40.28%~54.79%,33.15%~47.77%,and 0.37%~8.54%,respectively.The total amino acid content ranged from 3.30%to 17.98%,with relative feeding values concentrated between 97.39 and 141.27.Among the screened forage crops,those with higher crude protein content included alfalfa(27.44%),Longmu 806(26.09%),and Dong 2 Wild Pea(25.56%).Dong 2 Wild Pea,clover bean,honeysuckle,wild pea,and arrow bitter pea exhibited higher comprehensive evaluation values.
