浅谈草原生态建设项目实施方案编制

摘　　要：草原生态环境一直倍受社会各界广泛关注,从国家到地方不断加强对草原生态的管理与修复力度。在实施过程中,为了能够充分展现项目的整体布局、实施内容、主要做法、建设成效以及生态建设的可行性与合理性,做好《实施方案》编制就显得尤为重要。本文通过对项目管理的一些理解,简要介绍了《实施方案》编制的方法、内容及有关技术指标,为今后项目的实施与管理提供借鉴与参考。Grassland ecological environment has been widely concerned by all walks of life,and the management and restoration of grassland ecology has been continuously strengthened from national to local level.In the implementation process,in order to be able to fully demonstrate the overall layout of the project,implementation content,the main practices,construction effectiveness and the feasibility and rationality of ecological construction,the preparation of the“implementation program”was particularly important.In this paper,through some understanding of project management,briefly introduced the“implementation of the program”preparation methods,content and technical indicators,for the future implementation and management of the project to provide reference only.
