摘　　要：莫来石晶须(3Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2))由于结晶完美,具有良好的性能,如低的热膨胀和导热性,较高的热稳定性,高的抗蠕变和腐蚀稳定性,以及合适的强度和断裂韧性,使其成为需要耐高温和耐腐蚀性能应用的合适材料.探讨晶须增强Al_(2)O_(3)-8YSZ陶瓷涂层的制备和性能.通过莫来石晶须的增韧作用,提高了陶瓷涂层的硬度,对陶瓷涂层的结构具有明显的改善.Mullite whiskers(3Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2))have excellent properties due to their perfect crystallization,such as low thermal expansion and thermal conductivity,high thermal stability,high creep and corrosion resistance,as well as appropriate strength and fracture toughness,which were suitable materials for applications at high temperature and corrosion resistance condition.The preparation and properties of whisker reinforced Al_(2)O_(3)-8YSZ ceramic coatings are discussed.Through the toughening effect of mullite whiskers,the hardness of ceramic coatings is improved,which has a great effect on structural modification.
