摘 要:目的建立藤茶植物饮料的高效液相色谱指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用HPLC法对10批藤茶植物饮料样品进行分析,通过色谱峰指认,结合相似度评价、主成分分析探讨不同批次间的稳定性,并同时测定了藤茶植物饮料中二氢杨梅素、杨梅苷和杨梅素的含量。结果建立了藤茶植物饮料的HPLC指纹图谱,标定了10个共有峰,并指认了3个峰,10批样品的相似度均大于0.9。聚类分析和主成分分析将10批样品分为两类。结论该指纹图谱分析方法可信度高、稳定,可用于藤茶指纹图谱的质量控制及含量测定。Objective To establish an high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint for Garcinia cambogia plant beverage.Methods Ten batches of Garcinia cambogia plant beverage samples were analyzed by HPLC,and the stability between different batches was explored by peak identification,combined with similarity evaluation and principal component analysis.The contents of dihydromyricetin,myricetin and myricetin were also determined.Results HPLC fingerprints of Garcinia cambogia plant beverage were established,and 10 common peaks were calibrated.The similarity of the 10 batches of samples was greater than 0.9,and 3 peaks were confirmed.Cluster analysis and principal component analysis classified the 10 batches of samples into two categories.Conclusion The fingerprint of Garcinia cambogia plant beverage are highly credible and stable,and can be used for the quality control and content determination of Garcinia cambogia.
