摘  要:目的探讨基于案例的学习(CBL)和构思-设计-实施-运作(CDIO)教学模式在临床药师会诊教学中的应用效果,旨在构建一种高效的教学体系,从而提升临床药师学员的药学会诊实践技能。方法详细阐述CBL-CDIO教学模式组成要素及特点,通过中枢神经系统感染会诊案例,具体展示该模式在实际教学中的运用。并对该教学模式在临床药师会诊教学中的设计和实施进行思考和分析。结果CBL-CDIO教学模式的药学会诊教学在临床药师培训中获得了学员积极的反馈,教学效果好,达到了预期的教学目标。结论CBL-CDIO教学模式有效地解决了传统教学中师生互动匮乏及理论与实践融合不足的问题,提供了一种清晰、实用的新型临床药师会诊教学模式。Objective To determine the effect of the case-based learning(CBL)-conceive-design-implement-operate(CDIO)(CBL-CDIO)teaching model in clinical pharmacist consultation training to establish an efficient teaching model to enhance the practical skills in pharmacy consultation for clinical pharmacist trainees.Methods This paper detailed the components and characteristics of CBL-CDIO teaching model and demonstrated its application in real teaching through a case study in the consultation of central nervous system infection.Further,it delved into the design and implementation of this teaching model in clinical pharmacist consultation training.Results The implementation of CBL-CDIO teaching model in pharmaceutical consultation received positive feedback from trainees and showed favorable outcomes in clinical pharmacist training.Conclusion The CBL-CDIO teaching model effectively addresses the lack of interaction between teachers and trainees and the insufficient integration of theory and practice in traditional teaching methods,offering a clear and practical new model for clinical pharmacist consultation training.
