摘 要:检验检测作为一项技术性、专业性很强的活动,在智能制造转型升级过程中发挥的作用日益突出。为适应科研生产任务增长和持续创新常态化的发展需求,从航天器产品检验检测工作入手,应用精益质量管理理念和系统管理思维,构建了检验检测技术体系和管理体系,整体的体系构架、建设方案、工作机制均已经过工程实践应用。体系效能的发挥,进一步夯实了高质量发展的基础,为组织的能力提升和持续改进提供了有力的保障。Characterized as highly technical and specialized tasks,inspection and detection of intelligent manufacturing play an increasingly prominent role in the field's evolution.To meet the development needs of normalizing the increased workload of scientific research and tasks and maintaining continuous innovation,this paper takes aerospace product inspection and detection as an example and applies the concepts of lean quality management and system management thinking to construct an inspection and detection technology system and management system.The overall system framework,construction plans,and working mechanisms have all been tested in engineering practice.In leveraging the effectiveness of the system,the foundation for high-quality development is further consolidated;this effort lays strong support for the organization's ability enhancement and continuous improvement.
