摘 要:航天型号的可靠性水平取决于其可靠性保证能力。传统的型号可靠性保证能力评价一般通过可靠性独立评估、可靠性专项评审等节点性活动实现,依赖评审专家的经验把关,存在系统性不足、滞后性明显、评价结果不量化及指导性不强等问题。通过对可靠性保证工作进行分析,基于能力成熟度集成模型(Capability Maturity Model Integration, CMMI)理念,提出了适用于航天型号的成熟度等级,并建立了成熟度评价模型,实现了航天型号可靠性保证能力的量化和系统性评价,并给出了应用案例。The reliability of an aerospace project is determined by its reliability assurance capability.The traditional reliability assurance capability evaluation for an aerospace project is generally achieved through the reliability independent evaluation,reliability special review,and other means of nodal assessment andsolely relies on the experience of evaluation experts.It leaves space for problems such as systematic deficiency,significant lag,evaluation results not being quantitative,insufficient value as guidance for future work,and more.Based on the CMMI concept,this paper proposes a maturity level suitable for aerospace projects and establishes a maturity evaluation model that may serve as a comprehensive and quantitative measurement of reliability assurance capability for aerospace projects.An application example is included in the paper.
