摘 要:对两相并联LLC谐振变换器中磁集成变压器进行分析和设计,分析传统“EE”型磁集成变压器所存在的问题,提出新型“E+E”型磁集成变压器结构,建立电路和磁路模型,完成变压器参数设计,对新型“E+E”型和传统“EE”型磁集成变压器进行电磁场仿真对比,制作变压器实验样机。根据两相并联LLC谐振变换器参数设计主电路和控制电路,搭建实验平台,进行实验研究,得出基于新型“E+E”磁集成变压器的两相并联LLC谐振变换器相比于传统“EE”磁集成变压器,在整个负载变化范围内效率普遍提高,峰值效率提高1.71%,满载效率提高1.47%,证明新型“E+E”型磁集成变压器有利于减小变换器损耗、提高效率,验证了其结构的优越性。This paper analyzes and designs the magnetic integrated transformer in the two-phase parallel LLC resonant converter,analyzes the problems existing in the traditional"EE"type magnetic integrated transformer,proposes the new"E+E"type magnetic integrated transformer structure,establishes the circuit and magnetic circuit model,and completes the transformer parameter design.The electromagnetic field simulation comparison between the new type"E+E"and the traditional type"EE"magnetic integrated transformer is carried out,and the transformer experimental prototype is made.According to the two-phase parallel LLC resonant converter main circuit and control circuit,the parameter design of structures,experimental platform,the experiment research,concluded that based on the new"E+E"magnetic integrated transformer twophase parallel LLC resonant converter is compared with the traditional"EE"magnetic integrated transformer,in the whole range efficiency generally,load peak efficiency increased by 1.71%,The full load efficiency is increased by 1.47%,which proves that the new"E+E"type magnetic integrated transformer is beneficial to reduce the converter loss and improve the efficiency,and verifies the superiority of its structure.
