摘 要:随着城市化进程的加快,城市环境和市民身心健康问题越来越受关注,城市居民利用园艺植物和技术改善生活环境的需求也变得越来越重要。本研究以上海市的家庭园艺现状为基础,通过网络公开问卷调查,对家庭园艺消费现状和市民园艺需求偏好进行了分析研究。结果表明:(1)市民对家庭园艺的兴趣浓厚、参与程度高,园艺消费已成为上海市民的日常消费,“个人喜爱”和“美化家庭观赏环境”是最主要的消费原因;(2)观赏性强的植物和鲜切花占据重要的市场地位,园艺产品质量是消费者最在意的因素;(3)性别、年龄、受教育程度、职业和家庭年收入等人口学因素会影响家庭园艺的参与程度,而家庭园艺的参与程度与需求偏好显著相关。针对市民对园艺产品的消费现状和需求偏好,本研究从新优品种的培育、园艺产品的品质提升、供应结构和途径的优化,以及家庭园艺的宣传教育等方面提出了对策和建议,为家庭园艺产业的进一步发展提供了参考和依据。With the rapid urbanization in megacities,home gardening has attracted city residents’attention to relieve stress and improve the living environment.In this study,we conducted an online questionnaire survey to analyze the consumption status and preferences of home gardening in Shanghai.Results showed that:(1)Citizens had a keen interest and high level of engagement in home gardening,which had become a part of their daily consumption.The primary reasons for the consumption were“personal preference”and“beautifying the home environment”;(2)Plants with high ornamental value and freshly cut fl owers were the most famous horticultural products,and consumers valued product quality;(3)Demographic factors such as gender,age,level of education,occupation,and household annual income were associated with the level of engagement in home gardening.There was also a signifi cant correlation between the level of engagement in home gardening and the preferences for horticultural products.Based on the consumption status and citizen’s preferences towards home gardening,this study provided suggestions for the development and improvement of home gardening from various aspects,including the cultivation of new and superior plant species,improvement of the quality,supply structure,and channels horticultural products,as well as the promotion of home gardening.
