摘　　要：民航局于2019年6月21日发布《关于全面深化运输航空公司飞行训练改革的指导意见》(民航发〔2019〕39号),并提出“依规施训”的基本原则,强调全面增强“严格按照训练大纲实施训练”的意识。本文通过分析训练课程、训练设施/设备、教员/检查员、训练教材等方面的标准管理要求,提出CCAR-142部飞行训练中心训练标准管理的实施方法。On June 21,2019,the CAAC issued the guidance on comprehensively deepening the reform of flight training of transport Airlines and put forward the basic principles of"training according to regulations".It is emphasized to comprehensively enhance the awareness of"training in strict compliance with the training program".This paper analyzes the standard management requirements of training courses,training facilities/equipment,instructors/inspectors and training materials and put forward the implemen-tation method of training standard management of CCAR-142 flight training center.
