摘 要:为科学评价机场运行指挥人员工作能力,本文首先根据国家职业鉴定标准对机场运行指挥人员能力目标定位进行分析,采用系统工程思想,设计了由3个维度潜变量和15个显变量构成的运行指挥人员能力评价指标体系,然后建立运行指挥人员能力评价结构方程模型,并选用AMOS软件工具进行模型的参数估计与检验,定量分析各影响因素之间的关系,进而提出基于机场运行指挥人员能力评价结构方程模型的应用建议。研究结果对于指导交通管理专业的人才培养模式和教学训练改革,提升机场运行指挥人员培养质量和效益等,具有一定的参考价值。In order to scientifically evaluate the capability of airport operational commanders,this paper first analyzes the capability objectives of airport operational commanders based on the national professional appraisal standards and designs the capability evaluation index system of operational commanders composed of 3 dimension latent variables and 15 explicit variables by using system engineering principles and then establishes the structural equation model for the capability evaluation of airport operational commanders.The AMOS software tool is used to estimate and test the parameters of the model to quantitatively analyze the relationship between the influencing factors and propose application recommendations for the structural equation model in the evacuation of capabilities of airport operational commanders.The research results have theoretical significance and practical reference for guiding the talent training mode,teaching training reform of traffic management major and improving the quality and efficiency of airport operational commander training.
