新冠疫情下基于SCL-90大学生心理状态调查及干预策略研究

摘　　要：大学生遭遇新冠疫情普遍出现焦虑、恐惧、抑郁等负性情绪。SCL-90调查新冠疫情下大学生心理状态,并通过心理学方法进行积极干预,协助大学生调整心态,并维持在较健康的心理状态。通过网络媒介采用心理应激的应对方法、团体和个体的综合心理咨询方法等针对大学生进行的积极干预取得明显效果。College students generally have negative emotions such as anxiety,fear and depression when encountering the COVID-19 situation.SCL-90 is used to investigate the mental state of college students under the COVID-19 and psychological intervention is used to help college students adjust their mentality and maintain a healthy mental state.The positive intervention of psychological methods has achieved significant results such as coping with psychological stress,comprehensive psychological counseling for groups and individuals targeting college students by means of online media.
