摘 要:生物可渗透反应墙(biological permeable reaction barrier,BPRB)是一种新兴的土壤地下水原位修复技术,目前已成为该领域研究热点方向之一,为进一步了解该技术研究及应用现状,对近年来相关研究进行了系统归纳,从BPRB技术类型、BPRB中微生物固定化方法、微生物强化方法,以及BPRB联合修复技术应用体系几个方面进行了详细分析,进而获得了如下主要结论:(1)混养型微生物修复体系的修复效果远高于异养型与自养型;(2)载体吸附法与材料包埋法固定化微生物效果最好;(3)提高生物刺激剂效果的同时降低成本是目前研究的重点;(4)微生物修复与其他多种修复技术协同作用效果较好,具备工程应用潜能。现阶段对于生物可渗透反应墙的研究多集中于微生物修复效率的提升,而对于微生物在实际场地中的反应活性及作用机制缺乏研究,建议下一步从构建环境适应性更强的微生物修复体系入手,从而更好地推动BPBR技术的工程化应用。Biological permeable reaction barrier(BPRB) is a new in-situ remediation technology of soil and groundwater,which has become a hot research direction in this field.In order to further understand the research and application status of this technology,this paper systematically summarizes the relevant research in recent years.The types of BPRB technology,the methods of microbial immobilization,microbial strengthening and the application system of BPRB combined with other remediation technologies were analyzed in detail,and the main conclusions are as follows:(1) The repair effect of the hybrid microbial repair system was much higher than that of hetero-trophic and auto-trophic;(2) Carrier adsorption method and material embedding method have the best immobilization effect;(3) Improving the effect of bio-stimulants while reducing the cost is the focus of current research;(4) At present,the research on the bio-permeable reaction wall mostly focuses on the improvement of microbial remediation efficiency,but there is a lack of research on the reactivity and mechanism of microorganisms in the actual site.It is suggested that the next step should be to build a microbial remediation system with stronger environmental adaptability,so as to better promote the engineering application of BPBR technology.
