摘  要:针对钢丝绳直径检测过程中由于光线背景干扰导致图像边缘分割不准确的问题,提出一种改进的GrabCut轮廓增强方法进行钢丝绳直径检测。首先,利用已知尺寸的标定物对图像进行标定;采用高斯滤波对图像进行去噪,同时针对光线背景复杂的情况,通过对输入图像进行RGB通道分离的限制对比度自适应直方图均衡化提升图像对比度,并利用图像梯度幅度增强轮廓的改进GrabCut算法对钢丝绳区域进行提取,用加权平均值法对提取后的图像进行灰度化处理,经过Canny边缘检测、形态学操作得到钢丝绳的边缘轮廓图像;最后通过计算边缘外切线之间的像素距离得到钢丝绳的真实直径,完成检测。实验结果显示,利用该方法进行钢丝绳直径检测,可以达到较好的精度且鲁棒性好。In view of the inaccurate image edge segmentation caused by light background interference in the process of wire rope diameter detection,an improved GrabCut contour enhancement method is proposed for diameter detection.The image is calibrated by the calibration object with known size.The Gaussian filtering is used to denoise the image.In view of the complex light background,the image contrast is improved with the limited contrast adaptive histogram equalization obtained by RGB channel separation of the input image,and the improved GrabCut algorithm for image gradient amplitude enhancement contour is used to extract the wire rope area.The weighted average method is used to gray the extracted image.The edge contour image of the wire rope is obtained after Canny edge detection and morphological operation.The true diameter of the wire rope is obtained by calculating the pixel distance between the outer tangents of the edge,and the diameter detection is achieved.The experimental results show that the detection of the diameter of wire rope with this method can achieve better accuracy and robustness.
