摘 要:针对某空调器室外机跌落试验中出现的问题,建立仿真模型并验证模型的准确性。利用仿真模型对室外机包装泡沫结构进行优化,跌落试验仿真结果显示,优化后室外机的最大加速度绝对值降低49.3%,泡沫的内能峰值提高41%左右,包装可靠性显著提升,室外机外壳及内部零部件未损坏。Aiming at the problems in the dropping experiment of outdoor unit of an air conditioner,the simulation model is established and its accuracy is verified.Using this simulation model,the packaging foam structure of outdoor unit is optimized,and the dropping experiment simulation results show that the maximum absolute acceleration value of the outdoor unit after optimization is reduced by 49.3%,and the peak of internal energy of the foam is increased by about 41%.The packaging reliability is significantly improved,and the shell and internal parts of the unit are all undamaged.
