摘　　要：胎儿蛛网膜囊肿是一种较常见的中枢神经系统畸形,产前影像学表现容易与颅内其他囊肿相混淆。本文总结以往文献报道,对胎儿蛛网膜囊肿进行全面的回顾,包括解剖基础、发病机制、影像表现和鉴别诊断,并对孕期管理及预后进行总结。Fetal arachnoid cyst is a common central nervous system malformation.Prenatal imaging manifestations are prone to confusion with other intracranial cysts.This study comprehensively reviews the literature on fetal arachnoid cysts,including the anatomical foundations,pathogenesis,imaging characteristics,and differential diagnosis.Additionally,the pregnancy management and prognosis of this disease are summarized in this article.
