摘 要:玻璃纤维因其轻质高强的特性在建筑、航空航天等诸多领域有着广泛应用。然而,玻璃纤维较强的亲水性使其易在潮湿环境中吸收水分,导致力学性能降低,进而缩短使用寿命。为了提高玻璃纤维的耐久性并拓展其应用范围,采用乳液聚合法,在交联剂二乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(DEGDA)的作用下,利用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)形成具有低表面能的球状聚合物交联网络结构,进而将硅烷偶联剂改性后的纳米SiO_(2)粒子通过共价键与聚合物网络相连,在玻璃纤维表面构建了耐久性超疏水涂层。当有机硅组分VTES质量分数为30%,纳米SiO_(2)组分质量分数为5%时,该涂层在玻璃纤维表面展现出优异的超疏水性,其水接触角可达154.6°±0.8°。经过10 d的酸碱溶液浸泡,48 h的紫外线照射和60次摩擦循环测试后,涂层的水接触角仍大于150°,表明该涂层具有良好的耐候性和机械耐久性。经过短暂的高温处理后,O_(2)等离子体刻蚀的涂层可从超亲水状态恢复到超疏水状态,具有优异的自修复性能。实验结果表明,该涂层显著提高了玻璃纤维的耐久性,为玻璃纤维的长期稳定使用提供了有力保障。此外,该涂层还可应用于玻璃、泡沫铜、滤纸、海绵等多种基材,有望在更多领域得到广泛的应用。Glass fibers are widely used in various fields such as construction and aerospace due to their lightweight and highstrength properties.However,the strong hydrophilicity of glass fibers makes them prone to absorb moisture in humid environments,resulting in a decrease in mechanical properties and shortening service life.To improve the durability of glass fibers and expand their application range,employing emulsion polymerization with the crosslinking agent diethylene glycol diacrylate(DEGDA),a spheri-cal polymer crosslinked network structure with low surface energy was formed by using methyl methacrylate(MMA)and vinyl triethoxysilane(VTES).Subsequently,nano-SiO_(2) particles modified by silane coupling agent were covalently bonded to the polymer network,creating a durable superhydrophobic coating on the surface of glass fibers.When the organic silicone component VTES content is 30 wt%and the nano-SiO_(2) component content is 5 wt%,the coating exhibits excellent superhydrophobicity,with a water contact angle of 154.6°±0.8°.After immersion in acid-base solutions for 10 days,exposure to ultraviolet radiation for 48 hours,and 60 abrasion cycles,the water contact angle of the coating remains above 150°,indicating good weather resistance and mechanical durability.After a brief high-temperature treatment,the O_(2) plasma-etched coating can restore from a superhydrophilic state to a superhydrophobic state,demonstrating excellent self-healing properties.The experimental results show that this coating significantly enhances the durability of glass fibers,providing a robust guarantee for their long-term stable use.In addition,the coating can be used on a variety of substrates such as glass,copper foam,filter paper,sponges,etc.It is expected to be widely used in more fields.
