摘 要:碳青霉烯类抗菌药物被誉为对抗病原菌的最后一道防线,然而近年来鲍氏不动杆菌(AB)耐药性增长严重,是世界范围内最具挑战性的医院获得性病原体之一。噬菌体作为细菌的天然杀手,在应对其日益增长的多药耐药性威胁具有巨大潜力。本文综述了目前大部分噬菌体对抗AB的研究,按照单噬菌体疗法、噬菌体鸡尾酒疗法、噬菌体衍生酶来对抗病原体等方面进行分类阐述,并探讨治疗效果,为鲍氏不动杆菌噬菌体的临床应用提供更全面的认识和理论支持。Carbapenem antibiotics are known as the last line of defense against pathogenic bacteria,however,the Acinetobacter baumannii shows an increasingly drug resistance in recent years and has become one of most challenging hospital-acquired pathogens worldwide.As natural killers against bacteria,phages have great potential in tackling the growing threat of multidrug resistance.In this review,most of the current studies on bacteriophage against A.baumannii were summarized in terms of single phage therapy,bacteriophage cocktail therapy,bacteriophage derived enzymes against pathogens,and the therapeutic effects were discussed.This paper aims to provide a more comprehensive understanding of A.baumannii phages and theoretical support for the clinical application of A.baumannii phages.
