四黄紫金散水胶体治疗肠外营养致输液性静脉炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨四黄紫金散水胶体治疗肠外营养致输液性静脉炎(IP)的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2023年6至11月在浙江省肿瘤医院肠外营养致IP患者100例为研究对象。其中50例患者采用四黄紫金散水胶体外敷治疗IP(观察组),50例患者采用50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗IP(对照组)。比较两组患者治疗前与治疗72 h后IP临床分级、IP彩超分级、疼痛评分及疼痛缓解时间、红肿消退时间。结果观察组患者的IP临床分级治愈率、IP彩超分级治愈率均明显高于对照组(74.00%比44.00%、70.00%比36.00%,均P<0.05)。治疗72 h后观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组[0(0,1.00)分比1.50(0,3.00)分],疼痛缓解时间优于对照组[(16.84±1.18)h比(23.84±1.50)h],红肿消退时间短于对照组[(12.50±1.15)h比(15.52±1.75)h](均P<0.05)。结论四黄紫金散水胶体治疗肠外营养致IP效果良好,能显著提高IP治愈率,减轻患处疼痛,且起效时间短,适合临床使用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sihuang Zijin Powder hydrocolloid in the treatment of infusion phlebitis(IP)caused by parenteral nutrition.Methods A total of 100 patients with IP caused by parenteral nutrition infusion at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital from June to November 2023 were retrospectively selected as the research subjects.Among them,50 patients used Sihuang Zijin Powder hydrocolloid for external application to treat IP as the observation group,50 patients were given hydropathic compress of 50%bitter salt to treat IP as the control group.The IP clinical grading,IP color ultrasound grading,pain score,pain relief time,and red and swelling subsided time between two groups of patients before and 72 h after treatment were compared.Results The IP cure rate through clinical grading and IP cure rate through color ultrasound grading in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(74.00%vs.44.00%,70.00%vs.36.00%,both P<0.05).At 72 h after treatment,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group[0(0,1.00)points vs.1.50(0,3.00)points],the pain relief time was shorter than that of the control group[(16.84±1.18)h vs.(23.84±1.50)h],and redness and swelling subsided time was also shorter than that of the control group[(12.50±1.15)h vs.(15.52±1.75)h,all P<0.05].Conclusion The Sihuang Zijin Powder hydrocolloid demonstrates good efficacy in treating IP caused by parenteral nutrition,which can significantly improve the cure rate of IP,and relieve pain with short time to exert effects,suitable for clinical application.
