半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效及G-17、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平分析

摘　　要：目的分析半夏泻心汤对幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)的疗效以及胃泌素17(gastrin 17,G-17)、胃蛋白酶Ⅰ(pepsinogenⅠ,PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(pepsinogenⅡ,PGⅡ)水平的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2023年2月医院收治Hp阳性CAG患者总共98例进行研究,结合随机数字表法将其中49例归纳到对照组(常规西药治疗),余下49例归纳到观察组(于前组基础上加以半夏泻心汤),比较两组疗效、Hp根除比例、治疗前后中医证候积分、血清G-17、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平和不良反应出现情况。结果观察组的有效率和Hp根除比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组各项中医证候积分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清G-17、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血清G-17、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤对Hp阳性CAG患者疗效理想,能提高其Hp根除效果,改善其临床症状,促进G-17、PGⅠ、PGⅡ分泌,且安全性较高,值得采用。Objective To study the impacts of Banxia Xiexin Decoction(半夏泻心汤)on the curative effects,the levels of gastrin 17(G-17),pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ)and pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ)of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)patients.Methods From January 2021 to February 2023,a total of 98 patients with Hp positive CAG were admitted to the hospital for study.Using a random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group(49 cases,treated with conventional Western medicine)and an observation group(49 cases,treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the basis of the control group).Before and after treatment,the efficacy,Hp eradication ratio,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,serum levels of G-17,PGⅠand PGⅡand occurrence of side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate and Hp eradication rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in serum levels of G-17,PGⅠor PGⅡbetween the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of G-17,PGⅠand PGⅡin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction has an ideal therapeutic effect on Hp positive CAG patients,and can improve the Hp eradication effect and the clinical symptoms,promote the secretion of G-17,PGⅠand PGⅡ,and has high safety.It is worthy of adopting.
