摘  要:采用TIG焊对10 mm厚TA2板材进行对接试验,通过无损检测、微观组织、力学性能及电化学腐蚀等试验,对焊接接头组织及性能进行研究。结果表明,焊接接头无损检测未发现缺陷,焊接接头抗拉强度为492 MPa、480 MPa;弯曲性能良好,TA2母材和热影响区平均吸收能量为140~150 J,焊缝区域的平均冲击吸收能量最低,为90~100 J;焊缝区域的最高硬度值178HV_(1.0),高于热影响区及母材区域的最高硬度值,母材区域的硬度值最低为164HV_(1.0);TA2母材组织为等轴α相,热影响区组织为粗大的α相+不规则锯齿状α相,焊缝组织中存在针状马氏体(α′相);在10%HCl溶液和10%NaCl溶液中,TA2母材电化学腐蚀性能优于TA2焊接接头电化学腐蚀性能。The butt test of 10mm TA2 was carried by TIG welding.The microstructure and properties of the welded joint were studied through non-destructive testing,microstructure,mechanical properties and electrochemcial corrosion tests.The results showed that the surface of the welded joint was silver white,and no defects were found in nondestructive testing,the tensile strength of the welded joints were 492 MPa and 480 MPa.The joint had excellent bending properties,and the average impact absorption energy of the base metal and heat⁃affected zone were between 140 J and 150 J,and the average impact absorption energy of weld seam was between 90 J and 100 J.The maximum hardness value of the weld zone was 178HV_(1.0),which was higher than that of the heat-affected zone and the base metal area,and the lowest hardness value of the base metal area was 164HV_(1.0),The microstructure of TA2 base metal was equiaxedαphase,and the heat affected zone was coarseαphase and irregular serratedαphase,and there was acicular martensite(α´phase)in the weld microstructure.The electrochemical corrosion resistance of base metals were better than that of welded joints in the 10%HCl and 10%NaCl solutions.
