摘 要:通过对直缝埋弧焊管JCO成型机的机械结构、变速泵、油缸及上模梁压下动作系统及控制原理分析。利用AMEsim软件建立变频器控制多变量泵的数学模型,并对多油缸压下动作进行仿真模拟。结果表明:仿真数据与现场PDA系统采集的数据进行分析验证,证明仿真数据正确性和可靠性,提出了优化变频电机与变速泵控制的参数,为精确的多缸同步控制及优化主油缸控制系统提供了思路。By analyzing the mechanical structure,variable pump,cylinder and downward pressure system of the JCO forming machine for submerged arc welded straight seam pipes,as well as the control principle.The AMEsim software was used to establish a mathematical model of the variable frequency drive controlling the multi⁃variable pump and simulated the downward pressure action of multiple cylinders.Results show that the simulated data was verified and validated by analyzing the data collected by the PDA system on site,proving the correctness and reliability of the simulation data.Proposed optimizing the parameters of the variable frequency motor and variable speed pump control,providing a way to achieve precise synchronization of multiple cylinders and optimize the main cylinder control system.
