摘 要:为研究惰性气体保护对于HFW焊缝性能的影响,开展了L360M钢级Φ610 mm×14.3mm规格的HFW焊管的不同焊接工艺试验,对比分析了不加Ar气体保护和添加Ar气保护条件下,焊缝的力学性能、焊缝中氧化物的数量、大小和含量变化。结果显示,Ar气保护对焊缝的拉伸、冲击,压扁和硬度等力学性能变化不明显。添加Ar气保护时,焊缝中氧化物的平均长度由8.7μm降低到6.7μm,平均面积由35.1μm^(2)降低到21.5μm^(2),0~5μm的氧化物含量由80%提高到89%,氧化物的面积比由123.1μm^(2)/mm^(2)减小到88.1μm^(2)/mm^(2)。结果表明,增加Ar气保护的高频焊接工艺,可以明显减少焊缝中的氧化物尺寸和含量,但两种焊接工艺对焊缝的力学性能影响不明显,均符合制管标准的要求。In order to study the influence of inert gas protection welding on HFW welding performance,different welding process tests of HFW welding pipe withΦ610 mm×14.3 mm steel grade L360M were carried out.The mechanical properties,quantity,size and content of oxides in the weld without inert gas protection and with Ar gas protection were compared and analyzed.The results show that with or without inert gas protection,the tensile,impact,flattening and hardness performances of the weld are not obvious changed.When Ar gas protection was added,the average length of oxide in the weld decreased from 8.7μm to 6.7μm,the average area decreased from 35.1μm^(2)to 21.5μm^(2),the oxide length range of 0~5μm increased from 80%to 89%,and the oxide area ratio decreased from 123.1μm^(2)/mm^(2)to 88.1μm^(2)/mm^(2).The results show that the high⁃frequency welding process with Ar protection can significantly reduce the size and content of oxide in the weld,but the two welding processes have no obvious impact on the mechanical properties of the weld,and both meet the requirements of pipe making standards.
