摘 要:针对泵控差动缸的流量不对称问题,研究具有3个配流窗口的轴向柱塞泵的非对称配流原理,并基于此原理利用剩余压紧力设计新型配流盘结构,通过PumpLinx仿真与实验验证相结合的方法对泵的性能进行研究,分析过渡区结构对柱塞泵压力、流量特性的影响。在实验台上对不同工况下泵的压力、流量和噪声等基本特性进行测试,验证了新结构的合理性。新型配流方案不仅能补偿差动缸的流量差,还能输出2种不同的压力、流量,实现了液压泵直接控制差动缸的理想效果。Aiming at the asymmetric flow problem of pump-controlled differential cylinder,the asymmetric distribution principle of axial piston pump with three distribution windows was studied,and a new distribution plate structure was designed based on this principle by using the residual compression force.The performance of the pump was studied by combining PumpLinx simulation and experimental verification,and the influence of the transition zone structure on the pressure and flow characteristics of the piston pump was analyzed.The basic characteristics of the pump such as pressure,flow and noise under different working conditions were tested on the test bench,and the rationality of the new structure was verified.The new flow distribution scheme can not only compensate the flow difference of the differential cylinder,but also output two different pressure flow,by which the ideal effect of direct control of the differential cylinder by the hydraulic pump is achieved.
