摘 要:为了研究液压元件在HFC型水-乙二醇液压液下的摩擦学性能,采用MFT-5000摩擦磨损实验机考察不同载荷和滑动频率下,3种液压元件常用材料(304钢球、ZrO2和Si3N4)和304不锈钢配副的摩擦磨损变化情况,并借助白光三维干涉仪对304钢的磨痕进行形貌分析。结果表明:在水-乙二醇液压液的润滑作用下,滑动频率对摩擦因数的影响比载荷更大,载荷对磨损体积的影响比滑动频率更大;在载荷为50 N、滑动频率为3 Hz时,ZrO2和304钢配副的摩擦因数和磨损体积均为最小,磨损机制以三体磨粒磨损为主。综合考虑,ZrO2/304钢配副在不同载荷和滑动频率下摩擦因数和磨损体积更加稳定,更加适合作为HFC型液压元件的摩擦副材料。In order to explore the tribological properties of hydraulic components under HFC water-glycol hydraulic fluids,the MFT-5000 friction and wear testing machine was used to investigate the friction and wear changes of three hydraulic components commonly used materials(304 steel ball,ZrO 2 and Si 3 N 4)&304 stainless steel pairs under different loads and sliding frequencies.The wear marks of 304 steel were analyzed by white-light 3D interferometer.The results show that under the lubrication of water-glycol hydraulic fluids,the sliding frequency has more influence on the friction coefficient than the load,and the load has more influence on the wear volume than the sliding frequency.When the load is 50 N and the sliding frequency is 3 Hz,the friction coefficient and wear volume of ZrO 2 and 304 steel pairs are the smallest,and the 0x0E䥺Symbol`@@0x0Fwear mechanism is mainly three-body abrasive wear.Considering comprehensively,the friction coefficient and wear volume of ZrO 2/304 steel pair are more stable under different loads and sliding frequencies,and it is more suitable as a friction pair material for HFC hydraulic components.
