摘 要:在轴向柱塞泵中,配流副是最容易出现流量脉动和磨损失效的关键部件之一。分别研究油膜润滑、结构参数和液体性质等因素对轴向柱塞泵配流副性能的影响,重点总结归纳轴向柱塞泵配流副油膜润滑和结构优化的研究进展,提出改善配流副性能的规律和方法。最后对轴向柱塞泵配流副领域未来研究方向进行了总结与展望。In axial piston pumps,the mating pair is one of the key components that are most prone to flow pulsation and wear failure.To investigate the influencing factors affecting the performance of axial piston pump mating pair,the influencing factors such as oil film lubrication,structural parameters and liquid properties were investigated respectively,and the research progress on the oil film lubrication and structure optimization of axial piston pump mating pair was summarized,the rules and methods to improve the performance of the mating pair were put forward.Finally,the future research direction of axial piston pump mating pair was summarized and prospected.
