摘 要:采用热压烧结法制备一系列碳纤维(CF)和MoS_(2)相对含量不同的超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)复合材料,研究填料在基体中的分布,考察CF和MoS_(2)对UHMWPE复合材料热性能的影响;通过SRV-IV微动磨损试验机研究CF和MoS_(2)对UHMWPE复合材料微动磨损性能的影响,并对复合材料的磨损机制进行研究;考察干摩擦和去离子水润滑介质2种条件下载荷对复合材料摩擦性能的影响。结果发现:CF的加入有利于复合材料热性能的提升;与单一CF改性相比,适量CF和MoS_(2)同时改性UHMWPE更有利于复合材料摩擦学性能的提升,其中质量分数10%CF和10%MoS_(2)改性的UHMWPE复合材料在摩擦过程中能在摩擦表面形成均匀致密的转移膜,且MoS_(2)均匀分布在转移膜,这使得复合材料的摩擦磨损性能最优;复合材料在水润滑介质中具有更低的摩擦因数,其摩擦因数随着载荷的增加而上升。A series of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)composites with different relative contents of carbon fiber(CF)and MoS_(2) were prepared by hot pressing sintering method.The distribution of fillers in the matrix was studied,and the effects of CF and MoS_(2) on the thermal properties of UHMWPE composites were investigated.The effects of CF and MoS_(2) on the fretting wear properties of UHMWPE composites were studied by SRV-IV fretting wear testing,and wear mechanism of the composites was explored.The effects of dry friction and deionized water lubrication on the frictional properties of the composites were investigated.The results show that the addition of CF is conducive to the improvement of the thermal properties of composites.Compared with single CF modification,the simultaneous modification of UHMWPE with appropriate amount of CF and MoS_(2) is more conducive to improving the tribological properties of composites.The UHMWPE composite reinforced with mass fraction of 10%CF and 10%MoS_(2) can form a uniform and compact transfer film on the friction surface during the friction process,and MoS_(2) is uniformly distributed in the transfer film,which makes the composite presents the best friction and wear properties.The composite shows a lower friction coefficient in the water-lubricated medium,and the friction coefficient increases with the increase of load.
