摘 要:为使在柱塞泵设计过程中进口段尺寸选取的有理论依据,计算润滑脂在管道不同尺寸条件下的流量和沿程阻力。根据流变学及流体力学理论,对润滑脂在管道内的流动状态进行分析,推导出润滑脂在进口段的流量方程,确定润滑脂管道流动的层流临界条件。研究结果表明:对于研究的柱塞泵,在进口段长度0~15 mm范围内流量呈现出骤降的趋势,长度大于15 mm后流量变化较为平稳;在进口段半径0~30 mm范围内流量呈现出平缓增大的趋势,半径大于30 mm后流量急剧上升。有限元仿真结果与数值分析结果一致,且有相似的变化规律,证明了管道流量方程的准确性。因此,推导的润滑脂管道流动方程适用于润滑泵的工程设计。In order to have a theoretical design basis for the size design of inlet section of plunger pump,the flow rate and resistance along the path of grease under different size conditions of pipeline were calculated.According to the theory of rheology and fluid mechanics,flow state of grease in pipeline was analyzed,the flow equation of grease in inlet section was derived,and critical conditions of laminar flow of grease pipeline were determined.The results show that for the studied plunger pump,the flow rate decreases sharply when the length of the inlet section increases from 0 to 15 mm,and the flow rate is relatively stable when the length is greater than 15 mm.The flow rate shows a gradual increase when the radius increases from 0 to 30 mm,and sharply increases when the radius exceeds 30 mm.The results of finite element simulation are consistent with those of numerical analysis,and have similar variation rules,which proves the accuracy of pipeline flow equation.Therefore,the derived flow equation of grease in pipeline is applicable to the engineering design of lubrication pumps.
