摘 要:炼焦煤资源的紧缺和低阶煤较为可观的储量,使得低阶煤在炼焦中的应用研究更有意义。通过高压成型干馏,可以高比例使用低阶煤制备焦炭。为探究成型压力和干馏速率对型焦性能和结构的影响,对型焦进行抗压强度测试、气化反应活性分析和结构形貌分析。结果表明,低阶煤与黏结性烟煤混合成型的压力与干馏速率共同决定了型焦的抗压强度。成型压力为100 MPa,干馏速率为10℃/min时,型焦抗压强度最大。使用高比例低阶煤制成的型焦具有气化反应性高,抗压强度大的特点,具有代替传统冶金焦的潜力。The scarcity of coal resources for cokemaking and the considerable reserves of low-rank coal highlight the importance of low-rank coal in the application study of coke production.By highpressure molding and dry distillation,low-rank coal can be used in a high proportion to prepare coke.Compressive strength test,gasification reaction activity analysis,and structural morphology analysis were conducted on formed coke to investigate the effects of molding pressure and dry distillation rate on its properties and structure.The findings indicate that the compressive strength of the formed coke is mutually determined by the molding pressure and the dry distillation rate during the mixing of lowrank coal with caking bituminous coal.The maximum compressive strength is achieved when the molding pressure is set to 100 MPa and the dry distillation rate is 10℃/min.Formed coke produced with a high proportion of low-rank coal displays high reactiveness in gasification and robust compressive strength,showing potential as a substitute for conventional metallurgical coke.
