摘　　要：苍耳子为菊科苍耳属植物苍耳的干燥成熟带总苞的果实苍耳子.植物苍耳别名荆棘狗、老鼠愁、葈耳实、苍子、胡苍子.苍耳全草可药用,亦属于一种祛风湿中药,主治发散风寒、通鼻窍、祛风湿、止痛.苍耳子主要含有酚酸类、木脂素类、噻嗪类、萜类、水溶性苷类及甾醇类和蒽醌类等化学成分,具有降血糖、降血脂、抗过敏、抗菌、抗炎镇痛、抗增殖、抗肿瘤等活性.文章对苍耳子的化学成分以及药理作用进行综述,以便为苍耳子的进一步开发利用提供参考.Fructus Xanthii is the dry and mature fruit with involucre of Xanthium sibiricum.The plant X.sibiricum is aliased as thorn dog,rat worry,thorn ear fruit,X.sibiricum and litsea cubeba.It is mainly distributed in Anhui,Heilongjiang,Liaoning,Inner Mongolia,Shandong,Jiangxi,Hubei,Jiangsu,Hebei and Henan provinces of China.The whole herb of X.sibiricum can be used for medicine.F.Xanthii also belongs to a kind of traditional chinese herb for dispelling wind and dampness.It mainly treats divergent wind and cold,dredges nasal orifices,dispels wind and dampness and relieves pain.F.Xanthii contains mainly phenolic acids,lignans,thiazines,terpenoids,water-soluble glycosides,sterols and anthraquinones.Modern studies have confirmed that it also has hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,anti-allergic,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-proliferative,antitumor and other activities.The chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of F.Xanthii have been reviewed in this review,which provides a reference for the further development and utilization of F.Xanthii.
