摘 要:目的探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)模式在护理人员临床护理技能竞赛中的应用,并进行失分因素分析。方法以选拔自徐州市31家医疗机构并参加2023年9月17日临床护理技能竞赛决赛的60名护理人员为研究对象,对其竞赛成绩进行统计分析,并结合质性访谈法分析失分因素。结果各考站难度系数为0.41~0.60,区分度为0.42~0.62,难度适中,区分度较好。考生成绩均分为(57.16±17.13)分,健康评估站(59.71±11.39)分,临床问题处理站(41.03±17.19)分,实践技能操作站(58.74±15.48)分,均呈正态分布。结合质性访谈,得出4个失分因素,分别为护理评估不全面、护理临床思维能力薄弱、实践技能操作不熟练、沟通交流能力欠缺。结论基于OSCE模式的临床护理技能竞赛能够全面、客观地评价护理人员临床综合能力,并通过竞赛失分因素分析,可为今后制定针对性培训策略提供参考,为培养更高层次护理人才指明方向。Objective To explore the application of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)model in clinical nursing skills competition of nursing staff,and to analyze factors contributing to score reduction.Methods A total of 60 nurses who participated in the final round of clinical nursing skills competition from 31 healthcare institutions in Xuzhou on September 17,2023 were selected,and their competition results were analyzed,and a qualitative interview were conducted to identify factors leading to score reduction.Results The difficulty coefficient of each test station ranged from 0.41 to 0.60,with discrimination indices between 0.42 and 0.62,indicating moderate difficulty and good discrimination power.The average score of the exam-ins was 57.16±17.13,with individual station scores as follows:health assessment station was 59.71±11.39,clinical problem processing station was 41.03±17.19,and practical skill operation station was 58.74±15.48,all of which followed a normal distribution.Combined with the qualitative interview,four key factors were identified:incomplete nursing assessment,weak nursing clinical thinking ability,insufficient proficiency in practical skills,and inadequate of communication ability.Conclusions The clinical nursing skills competition based on OSCE model can comprehensively and objectively evaluate the clinical comprehensive ability of nursing staff.Through the analysis of factors leading to score reduction offers valuable insights for developing targeted training strategies,guiding the cultivation of higher level nursing talent.
