摘 要:目的为明确肿瘤日间病房护理人员配置的详细需求,探究人力资源分配策略。方法采用直接时间研究-密集抽样法于2023年7月24日至30日对南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院肿瘤科日间病房的护理工作量进行检测,制定日间工作量评估表格,培训观察员,考核护理项目时长,确定病房所需的护士数量及配备比例。结果护理项目共计52种分布在肿瘤日间病房中,其中,直接护理项目34个、间接护理项目18个,根据计算,肿瘤日间病房的护士需求量为11人,患者与护士配置比例为1∶0.2。结论该研究初步计算出肿瘤日间病房恰当的护士人员配比,为护理管理和人力资源分配提供了客观依据。Objective To clarify the detailed staffing needs for nurses inoncology day care unite and to explore human resource allocation strategies.Methods From July 24 to 30,2023,a direct time study-intensive sampling method was used to assess the nursing workload in the oncology day care unite of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital.An assessment form for daily workload was developed,observers were trained,and the duration of nursing tasks was evaluated to determine the required number of nurses and their distribution ratio in the unite.Results A total of 52 nursing tasks were identified in the oncology day care unite,including 34 direct care tasks and 18 indirect care tasks.Based on the calculations,the required number of nurses for the oncology day care unite was found to be 11,with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1∶0.2.Conclusions This study provides a preliminarily calculation of the appropriate nurse staffing ratio for the oncology day care unite,providing an objective basis for nursing management and human resource allocation.
