摘　　要：目的研究“互联网+护理”模式在老年患者种植牙围手术期中的应用及其疗效。方法以2022年1月至2023年6月在南京医科大学附属口腔医院接受口腔种植手术的老年患者90例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成对照组(45例)和观察组(45例),分别进行常规护理和“互联网+护理”模式护理。两组患者均进行半年的观察随访。比较两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、疼痛天数、红色美学指数(PES)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果术后观察组患者VAS评分、疼痛天数、PES评分、SAS评分分别为(2.06±0.55)分、(3.11±1.32)d、(16.56±0.87)分、(31.07±6.45)分,对照组患者分别为(4.83±1.24)分、(4.12±2.21)d、(12.75±1.03)分、(39.27±9.79)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论“互联网+护理”可以提高老年患者在围手术期和术后的心理承受度,减少患者焦虑,减轻患者疼痛,增加美观满意程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the application and efficacy of the“Internet+Nursing”model in the perioperative period of dental implant in elderly patients.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients who underwent oral implant surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected,they received routine nursing care in the control group and“Internet+Nursing care”mode in the observation group,with 45 patients in each group.Patients in both groups were observed and followed up for half a year.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,pain duration,Red Aesthetics Index(PES)scores,and Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores were compared.Results After surgery,the VAS score,pain duration,PES score,and SAS score of the observation group were 2.06±0.55,3.11±1.32 days,16.56±0.87,31.07±6.45,respectively.While the results in the control group was 4.83±1.24,4.12±2.21 days,12.75±1.03,39.27±9.79,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions“Internet+nursing”can improve the psychological tolerance of elderly patients in perioperative and postoperative period,reduce the level of pain and anxiety of patients,and increase the satisfaction of aesthetic of their appearance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
