摘　　要：作者介绍了米勒金字塔模型的起源、发展、核心内容以及各层级在护理培训中的侧重点,该模型在护理培训方案的构建、不同类型护理人员培训和培训效果评估等方面的应用,并提出全面把握模型内涵、科学设计培训方案、注重培训效果的长效性、建立多维度的评估体系等建议,旨在为护理培训领域中的实证研究提供思路。Objective×Methods Results Conclusions This paper reviews the origin,development,core content of Miller pyramid model along with the focus at each level within nursing training.It explores the application of the model in constructing nursing training programs,training various types of nursing personnel,and evaluating training effectiveness.Some suggestions are put forward,such as comprehensively grasping the connotation of the model,scientifically designing the training program,paying attention to the long-term effectiveness of training,and establishing a multi-dimensional evaluation system,aiming to provide insights for empirical research in the field of nursing education.
