预铺卷材与自粘卷材结合做法在凯伦总部大楼底板工程中的应用

摘  要:凯伦总部大楼底板防水工程采用1.2 mm厚高分子双面自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材+1.5 mm厚防晒抗皱膜自粘防水卷材组合施工,本文详细介绍了底板与侧墙转角处接槎、桩头、底板后浇带、降水井等细部节点的防水处理方案。该做法可使两道卷材在多种施工环境下实现有效搭接,达到良好的防水效果。The waterproofing for the bottom plate of Canlon headquarters building adopts a combination of 1.2 mm thick double-side self-adhesive polymer film reinforced pre-laid waterproofing membrane and 1.5 mm thick sunscreen anti-wrinkle film reinforced self-adhesive waterproofing membrane.This article introduces the waterproofing treatment for details such as the joint between the bottom plate and the side wall corner,pile head,bottom plate post-cast strip and dewatering well etc.This method can achieve effective overlap between the two membranes in various construction environments,and the waterproofing effect is good.
