摘　　要：在从礼俗性的民间社会到法理性的现代社会的转型中,“枫桥经验”通过民俗传统的制度建构与生活实践,探索着中国基层社会再组织化的可行方案。“枫桥经验”通过“民俗传统的制度化运作”,将维系生活秩序的民间社会规约改造为“国家嵌入逻辑”下的基层社会治理秩序;同时通过“国家制度的民俗化实践”,创造性地保留着民间治理传统对现代治理过程的参与。“枫桥之制”与“枫桥之治”的循环校正、叠加渐进是“枫桥经验”的运作动力,它们共同整合着充满褶皱的日常生活与法典化的制度规则,实现着国家制度与民俗生活的双向建设,构建了具有中国特色的国家—社会关系模式。From a ritualistic folk society to a rational modern society,the"Fengqiao Experience"explores feasible solutions for the reorganization of grassroots society in socialist China through institutional construction and life practice of folk traditions.Through the"institutional construction of folk traditions",the"Fengqiao Experience"transforms the folk conventions that maintain the order of folk life into a grassroots governance order under the"logic of state embeddedness";at the same time,through the"folk practice of state institutions",the"Fengqiao Experience"creatively retains the participation of folk traditions in the modern governance process.The cyclical correction and incremental progression of"Fengqiao institutions"and"Fengqiao governance"are the driving forces of the"Fengqiao Experience".Together,they integrate the"wrinkled"daily life and"codified"institutional rules,realize the two-way construction of state institutions and folk life,and build a state-society relationship model with Chinese characteristics.
