摘 要:Flyback拓扑结构简单、开发成本低,被广泛应用于服务器电源的辅助源开发。与软开关拓扑相比,Flyback拓扑存在较明显的效率劣势。为提升含Flyback辅助源的电源系统效率,本文从高效混合输出切换的角度分析,设计一款自适应切换线路,在电源系统高效输出软启动时,混合输出切换线路自动切换高效输出,替代Flyback辅助源对系统供电,从而提升系统效率。该线路设计简洁、控制逻辑简单,实验结果表明,该方案可实现自适应切换输出功能,且可使电源系统效率提升0.15%。Flyback topology is widely used in the development of server power supply because of its simple structure and low development cost.Compared with the soft-switching topology,Flyback has a significant efficiency disadvantage.In order to improve the efficiency of the power system with Flyback auxiliary source,this paper analyzes from the perspective of efficient hybrid output switching,and designs an adaptive switching line.When the power system is efficient output soft start,the hybrid output switching line automatically switches the efficient output to replace the Flyback auxiliary source to power the system,so as to improve the efficiency of the system.The circuit design is simple,and the control logic is simple.Experimental results show that the proposed scheme can effectively realize the adaptive switching output function,and the power system efficiency is improved by 0.15%.
