摘　　要：在人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术迅猛发展的背景下,通过解析AI技术能力及其在不同行业的应用案例,结合专利代理行业当前的智能化、自动化基础及部分环节中已有的AI应用,以及行业工作的特点和需求,对AI技术在该行业的适用性、应用方式及未来影响进行深入分析和讨论,为AI技术助推行业高质量发展提供一些参考。Against the backdrop of the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,by analyzing the capabilities of AI technology and its application cases in various industries,combined with the current intelligence and automation foundation of the patent agency industry,and the existing AI applications in some links,as well as the characteristics and needs of the industry,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis and discussion on the applicability,application methods,and future impact of AI technology in the industry,providing some references for AI technology to promote high-quality development of the industry.
