摘　　要：虚弱症是一种与年龄相关的临床综合征,其特征是多系统生理功能下降和对压力源的易感性增加。目前对虚弱症潜在的分子机制尚不完全清楚。啮齿类虚弱症模型可分为:(1)基于与疾病相关病理而开发的基因编辑模型;(2)包括虚弱表型或虚弱指数评估模型和诱导型模型的非基因编辑模型。本文综述了啮齿动物虚弱症模型方面的研究进展,并对这些模型的优缺点加以分析和未来发展初步讨论,希望为虚弱症相关的研究提供参考。Frailty is an age-related clinical syndrome characterized by a decline in multi-system physiological functions and increased susceptibility to stressors.The underlying molecular mechanisms of frailty remain incompletely understood.Rodent frailty models can be classified into①gene-edited developed on basis of disease-related pathology,and②non-gene-edited models that include frailty phenotype or frailty index assessment models and inducible models.This review summarized the research progress in rodent frailty models,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and preliminary discussion of future development,hoping to provide a reference for frailty-related research.
