葛根素治疗痛风性关节炎的机制及其药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：痛风性关节炎(GA)是由于嘌呤代谢紊乱导致血尿酸升高引起的一种代谢性关节炎。近年来,越来越多的中药单体被用于治疗GA,取得了良好的疗效,且未发现明显的不良反应。其中,葛根素是从葛根中提取分离出来的一种异黄酮类化合物,具有调控免疫细胞、调节炎性因子、阻断炎性信号通路的作用,能够有效减轻关节炎症反应。此外,葛根素还能抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性,促进尿酸排泄,降低机体的尿酸水平。本文旨在系统综述葛根素治疗GA的药理作用及相关机制,为进一步开展葛根素治疗GA的基础研究和新药研发提供重要的理论依据。Gouty arthritis(GA)is a metabolic arthritis caused by elevated uric acid levels resulting from disruptions in purine metabolism.In recent years,an increasing number of traditional Chinese medicine monomers have been used for the treatment of GA,demonstrating satisfactory therapeutic effects with no apparent adverse reactions.Among them,puerarin is an isoflavone compound extracted and isolated from the root of Pueraria lobata.It exerts immunomodulatory effects,regulates inflammatory factors,and blocks inflammatory signaling pathways,effectively alleviating arthritis inflammation.Additionally,puerarin inhibits the activity of xanthine oxidase,promotes uric acid excretion,and lowers the body′s uric acid levels.This article aims to systematically review the pharmacological actions and underlying mechanisms of puerarin in the treatment of GA,providing essential theoretical evidence for further basic research and new drug development in puerarin-based therapy for GA.
