摘　　要：目的 总结手指末节离断再植的方法。方法 对2021年6月-2023年1月收治的50例末节离断患者,根据Yamano分区,(Ⅰ区15例,Ⅱ区23例,Ⅲ区12例)给予断指再植手术。结果 再植50例,成活47例,成活率94%,术后随访7~12个月,手指及指甲外形与对侧相似,两点辨别觉4~7 mm。结论影响手指再植效果的因素较多,缩短手术时间,提高吻合血管质量,才能保证再植成活率;对于甲床使用7/0或8/0无创线美容缝合,可以得到更好的恢复效果。Objective To summarize the methods of replantation of severed distal end of finger.Methods From June 2021 to January 2023,50 patients with terminal amputation admitted to Fuyang Hospital of China Railway were retrospectively analyzed.According to Yamano subdivision,15 cases in Zone I,23 cases in zoneⅡand 12 cases in zoneⅢ.All the groups were given severed finger replantation operations.Results Fifty cases were replanted,47 cases survived,the survival rate was 94%.After 7-12 months of follow-up,the appearance of the finger and nail was similar to that of the opposite side,and the discriminent of two points of the finger was between 4 and 7mm.Conclusion There are many factors affecting the effect of finger replantation.Shortening the operation time and improving the quality of anastomotic vessels can ensure the survival rate of finger replantation.For nail beds,using 7/0 or 8/0 non-invasive cosmetic suture thread can get better recovery results.
