摘　　要：目的 探讨[足母]趾腓侧游离皮瓣联合骨水泥在手指皮肤软组织缺损中的临床应用效果。方法 2021年1月-2023年1月,收治手指皮肤软组织挫伤及严重毁损伤患者20例,均伴有肌腱及骨质外露,一期行彻底清创后,应用抗生素骨水泥覆盖创面,术后给予抗炎等药物治疗。二期根据创面情况行游离[足母]趾腓侧皮瓣修复。结果 术后血液循环良好,皮瓣全部成活,外形美观,质地良好耐磨。结论 [足母]趾腓侧游离皮瓣联合骨水泥在手指皮肤软组织缺损中应用,方法安全、可靠,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical application of free flap on fibular side of hallux toe combined with antibiotic-loaded bone cement in repairing soft tissue defect of hand skin.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,the free flap on the fibular side of the thumb was used.There were 20 patients with complex hand skin soft tissue defects,including 11 males and 9 females,ranging in age from 16 to 65 years old with an average age of 40 years old.There were 8 left hand cases and 12 right hand cases.In the clinical work of microsurgery,there were many patients with severe trauma contusion and destructive injury,accompanied by skin and soft tissue defects,tendon and bone exposure after complete debridement in the first stage.Antibiotic loaded bone cement was applied to cover the wound,and anti-inflammatory drugs and other postoperative treatment were given.In the second stage,the free fibular flap of the hallux toe was used to repair the wound.Results In the clinical application of microsurgery,the postoperative blood circulation was good,all the flaps survived,obtained beautiful appearance,good wear-resistant texture.Conclusion The free flap on fibular side of hallux toe combined with antibiotic-loaded bone cement is a safe and reliable method to repair the defect of skin tissue of hand.
