摘  要:目的总结背侧入路加压空心螺钉联合克氏针治疗经舟骨月骨周围脱位的临床效果。方法对2019年3月-2023年2月应用背侧入路加压空心螺钉联合克氏针治疗的9例经舟骨月骨周围脱位患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果9例手术切口均一期愈合,全部完成随访,随访时间6~28个月,平均14个月。术后无感染、再次脱位及舟骨、月骨缺血性坏死发生,月骨周围脱位均复位良好,舟骨骨折均一期愈合,愈合时间3~10个月,平均5个月。末次随访,按Cooney评分法进行评定:优7例,良2例,临床疗效良好。结论背侧入路加压空心螺钉联合克氏针内固定治疗经舟骨月骨周围脱位疗效优良。Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of the posterior approach with compression hollow screws combined with Kirschner wire in the treatment of periarticular dislocation of the scaphoid and lunate bones.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 9 patients with periarticular dislocation of the scaphoid and lunate bones treated with the posterior approach,compression hollow screws,and Kirschner wire from March 2019 to February 2023.Results All 9 patients had stage I healing of the surgical incision,completed follow-up(6 to 28 months,average 14 months),and showed no postoperative infections,redislocations,or ischemic necrosis of the scaphoid and lunate bones.The reduction of periarticular dislocation of the lunate bone was well maintained,and scaphoid fractures healed in a single phase,with healing times ranging from 3 to 10 months(average 5 months).At the last follow-up,clinical evaluation using the Cooney scoring system indicated excellent outcomes in 7 cases and good outcomes in 2 cases.Conclusion The posterior approach with compression hollow screws combined with Kirschner wire fixation shows excellent efficacy in treating periarticular dislocation of the scaphoid and lunate bones.
