摘　　要：目的探讨闭合复位克氏针单纯固定腕掌关节治疗Bennett骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年1月-2023年1月收治的24例Bennett骨折患者的病例资料,均行闭合复位克氏针固定腕掌关节,术后随访观察患肢功能恢复情况。结果术后24例骨折均愈合,无再次脱位,随访6~24个月,平均10.7个月,采用中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能手指总活动度系统评价患肢功能,优20例,良3例,差1例,优良率95.8%。结论闭合复位克氏针单纯固定腕掌关节治疗Bennett骨折是一种简单、费用较低、行之有效的治疗方法。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of closed reduction and Kirschner wire simple fixation of the wrist and palmar joint in the treatment of Bennett's fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 24 cases of Bennett fractures,with postoperative follow-up of 6 months to 2 years,with an average follow-up time of 10.7 months.The postoperative functional recovery was observed.Results Among the 24 cases,20 cases were excellent,3 cases were good,and 1 case was poor,with an excellent and good rate of 95.8%.Conclusion Closed reduction and Kirschner wire fixation of the wrist and palmar joint alone is one of the simple,cost-effective,and effective treatment methods for Bennett fractures.
