摘 要:汽车的安全性越来越受到人们的重视,法规和各汽车安全评价机构也对车辆安全提出了越来越高的要求,针对乘员保护,目前行业内通用的评价指标侧重于衡量第一排以及二排乘客保护。部分车企为凸显全方位乘员保护,针对6座、7座车型特有的三排乘员开发了后风窗气囊。文章基于某款车型后风窗安全气囊子系统的开发,制订子系统评价基准,梳理出后风窗气囊布置、与内饰件(背门饰板、顶棚、座椅)匹配、气囊点爆过程中的问题以及解决对策,为后续后风窗气帘大规模的开发应用提供一定的参考。More and more attention has been paid to the safety of automobiles,and regulations and various automobile safety evaluation institutions have also put forward higher and higher requirements for vehicle safety.For occupant protection,the current general evaluation indicators in the industry focus on measuring the first and second row passenger protection.In order to highlight the all-round occupant protection,some automobile companies have developed rear window airbags for the three-row occupants unique to the 6-seat and 7-seat models.Based on the development of the rear windshield airbag subsystem of a certain vehicle,this paper formulates the evaluation benchmark of the subsystem,sorts out the problems in the rear windshield airbag layout,matching with interior trim(hatchback door trim panel,ceiling,seat),and the airbag point explosion process,as well as the solutions,so as to provide certain references for the subsequent large-scale develop-ment and application of the rear windshield air curtain.
