摘 要:燃油箱作为汽车的重要部件,在日常行驶过程中承受着来自道路颠簸反馈的各种振动载荷冲击,不仅影响到燃油箱的静态和动态特性,而且关系到汽车的行驶安全。在对某汽车燃油箱进行三维建模以及有限元静态仿真分析的基础上,展开对其结构的振动特性仿真分析。并以此为依据,展开对燃油箱结构的优化设计,通过对其挡油板的合理设计,有效提升燃油箱的抗振特性,降低了燃油对燃油箱的冲击,从而有效提升燃油箱的使用安全性。As an important component of automobile,the fuel tank bears various vibration loads and impacts from road bumps during daily driving,which not only affects the static and dynamic characteristics of the fuel tank,but also relates to the driving safety of the automobile.The three-dimensional modeling and finite element static simulation analysis of a certain automobile fuel tank,the vibration characteristics of its structure are simulated and analyzed.Based on this,the optimization design of the fuel tank structure is carried out.Through the reasonable design of its fuel baffle,the anti vibration characteristics of the fuel tank are effectively improved,the impact of fuel on the fuel tank is reduced,and the safety of the fuel tank is effectively improved.
