摘　　要：由于近年来国内汽车企业陆续加强海外市场布局,因此研究国外汽车产品准入制度成为汽车出口工作的重要内容。文章简要介绍了澳大利亚汽车准入管理的基本情况,对《道路机动车辆标准法案(2018)》中关于澳大利亚道路车辆型式认证部分进行了详细的介绍,包含了型式认证申请、试验、审查、批准、发布等环节。同时重点介绍了澳大利亚汽车设计规则(ADR)的编制规则、发展历程及其与联合国欧洲经济委员会汽车法规(ECE)的协调关系。通过以上研究,有助于国内汽车企业了解澳大利亚汽车产品准入制度,便于进入澳大利亚市场。In recent years,domestic automobile enterprises have strengthened their overseas market layout,so the study of foreign automobile product access system has become an important part of automobile export work.This paper briefly introduces the basic situation of automobile access management in Australia,and gives a detailed introduction to the type certification of Australian road vehicles in the Road Motor Vehicle Standards Act(2018),including the application,test,review,approval and release of type certification.At the same time,it focuses on the compilation rules,development process and coordination relationship between Australian design rule(ADR)and economic commission of Europe(ECE).Through the above research,it is helpful for domestic automobile enterprises to understand the Australian automobile product access system and facilitate their entry into the Australian market.
