摘  要:针对海水腐蚀会影响深海服役输油立管的绕流特性,采用CFD数值模拟技术分析了不同腐蚀时间立管的阻、升力系数。结果表明,腐蚀使立管在较低约化速度下就进入临界区,在约化速度为8时,腐蚀立管的阻、升力系数幅值最小,腐蚀率为2.50%和4.07%立管的平均阻力系数幅值分别是光滑立管的71.1%和75.5%,最大升力系数幅值分别是光滑立管的51.8%和57.0%。In response to the corrosion of seawater affecting the flow characteristics of deep-sea service oil risers,the use of numerical simulation technology CFD analysis allowed the drag and lift coefficients at different corrosion times to be determined.The results indicate that the presence of corrosion causes the riser to enter the critical region at a lower reduced velocity.At a reduced velocity of 8,the risers' drag and lift coefficient amplitudes are minimal for corroded risers.The average drag coefficient amplitudes for risers with corrosion rates of 2.50% and 4.07% are 71.1% and 75.5% of that of smooth risers,respectively,while the maximum lift coefficient amplitudes are 51.8% and 57.0% of that of smooth risers,respectively.
