摘 要:利用一种分布式高精度温度测量系统DTS (Distributed Temperature Sensing System,DTS)来有效识别水下混凝土的浇灌深度。通过室内试验、热力学数值分析得到一种新型多模光纤的布置方式,结合混凝土桩浇筑过程中的温度场变化规律,提出了一种能有效监测水下混凝土浇筑深度的量测方法。结果表明,混凝土在浇筑后会与周围环境产生复杂的热传导,利用多模光纤测温系统能够测量不同深度的温度变化,其精度可达0.1℃;在浇筑时间不超过60 min的情况下,传感器布置应该满足相邻测点垂直方向高度差不大于0.08 m,即光纤空间分辨率不低于80 mm,DTS可较为准确判别混凝土实时灌浆液面。值得注意的是,浆液的配比以及外加剂的不同会对文中的结果产生一定影响。A distributed temperature sensing System(DTS) was used to effectively identify the depth of underwater concrete.Through laboratory test and thermodynamic numerical analysis,a new arrangement mode of multi-mode optical fiber was obtained.Combined with the temperature field variation rule in the process of concrete pile pouring,a measuring method which can effectively monitor and explore the depth of concrete pouring in the process of underwater pouring was proposed.The results show that the concrete will produce complex heat conduction with the surrounding environment after pouring,and the multi-mode optical fiber temperature measurement system can measure the temperature change at different depths,and its accuracy can reach 0.1 ℃.Considering that the pouring time is not more than 60 min,the sensor layout should meet the height difference of the adjacent measuring points in the vertical direction is not more than 0.08 m,in other words,the spatial resolution was not less than 80 mm,and the DTS can identify the real time grouting level of concrete accurately.It is worth noting that the ratio of slurry and the different admixtures will have a certain impact on the results of this paper.
