摘　　要：随着人工智能技术的进步,教练员在运动训练中的角色逐渐发生变化。尽管人工智能能够高效完成某些任务,但它仍然不能替代教练员的创造能力和道德情感。文章目的是探索生成式人工智能(ChatGPT与Sora)对教练员角色的影响。研究考察了教练员的专业理念、能力和情感三个维度,并从系统论的视角构建了一个由教练员和人工智能共同构成的新型教练系统。研究提出了一个人工智能赋能的运动训练发展路径,包括多模态交互环境、个性化训练内容和立体评价体系,旨在促进运动训练的数字化转型并提供教练员在这一变革中的角色理论和实践参考。With the advancement of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,the role of coaches in sports training is undergoing transformation.Although AI can efficiently perform certain tasks,it cannot replace the creative capabilities and moral emotions of coaches.This study aims to explore the impact of generative artificial intelligence,such as ChatGPT and Sora,on the role of coaches.The research examined three dimensions of coaches:professional philosophy,capability,and emotion,and from a systems theory perspective,constructed a"Next-generation Coaching System"jointly formed by coaches and AI.Through this study,we propose an AI-empowered development path for sports training,including multimodal interactive environments,personalized training content,and a three-dimensional evaluation system.The aim is to promote the digital transformation of sports training and provide theoretical and practical references for the role of coaches in this change.
